1. Service Description

Bedore.AI ("we", "us") provides cloud-based workspace environments with integrated AI assistance ("the Service"). Each customer receives a dedicated, containerized Linux desktop accessible via web browser, with pre-configured development tools and AI-powered coding assistance.

2. Account Terms

You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
One person or entity per account. Sharing credentials is not permitted.

3. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Prices are listed on our website and may change with 30 days' notice.
Free trials are limited to 14 days. Your workspace will be paused at the end of the trial unless you subscribe to a paid plan.
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or at our sole discretion.
If payment fails, your account may be suspended. Data is preserved for 30 days after suspension.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

Violate any laws or regulations.
Transmit malware, spam, or malicious content.
Attempt to access other users' workspaces or data.
Mine cryptocurrency or run computationally abusive workloads.
Store or process data that violates applicable privacy laws.
Resell access to the Service without written permission.

5. Data Ownership

You own your data. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the content you create, store, or process in your workspace. We access your workspace data only for: providing the Service, troubleshooting at your request, and enforcing these Terms.

6. AI Usage

AI assistance is provided via third-party models. AI-generated output may contain errors and should be reviewed before use.
Token usage is metered and subject to your plan's monthly budget.
We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or suitability of AI output for any particular purpose.

7. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance when possible. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service downtime.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe customer portal or by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.
Upon termination, your data is preserved for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bedore.AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
